The Creative Studio presents a collection inspired by Marie-Antoinette's pastoral afternoon teas at the Petit Trianon, where confidences mingle with sweet delights in a refined and light atmosphere. Under flowering trees, tender checked tablecloths spread across the grass, welcoming delicious French pastries. The air fills with scents of light cream and vanilla sugar, while pastel-coloured flowers intertwine in a joyful and delicate scene. A timeless moment, where one savours the simplicity and refinement of a bucolic French-style afternoon tea.

Good to know
100% of our candles are hand-poured in our workshops. Each wick is cut and recentred by hand as well. Mathilde M candles are composed of a balanced and carefully crafted blend of soy vegetable wax and mineral wax.
Sophisticated and of the highest quality, our fragrances are developed in close collaboration with Master Perfumers from France and Europe, and crafted from a carefully composed blend of numerous notes.
Each scented creation is designed by our team of designers in France, featuring refined details, and revisits a typically French art de vivre.

Our care tips for harmonious burning
On first use, allow the wax to melt across the entire surface to prevent a "tunnel" from forming in subsequent uses. Trim the candle wicks to 5 millimetres in height before each use. It is preferable to burn your candle in consecutive sequences of 2 to 3 hours maximum.

Be sure to leave at least 0.5 cm of wax at the bottom of your candle.

When the wax is consumed, thoroughly wash the container to remove wax and fragrance residue and reuse it as a pretty tealight holder.
