How do I create a customer account on the site?
To create your customer account on the site, it's very simple: just click on "Connection" at the top right of your screen and then on "Create your account". You will then be asked for an e-mail address, a password, your title and your first and last name.
Once you have filled in these details, you will have to accept our general sales conditions and our privacy policy by ticking the box "I accept the general conditions and the privacy policy". You can then validate the creation of your account by clicking on " Save ". A confirmation e-mail will then be sent to you.
How do I access my account information?
Once your account has been created on the site, you can access your information at any time: to do this, go to your account by clicking on "Log in" at the top right of the site. Fill in your e-mail address and password, then validate by clicking on the "Connection" button.
Once logged in, you will have access to all your account information.
What information is required to create an account?
You will need an e-mail address and a password of your choice to create your account on the site. You will also be asked for your title and your first and last name.
Your month and year of birth may also be entered, but these fields are optional and are not required to create an account.
Do I need to create an account to place an order?
You must create an account in order to finalise your purchases on our site. You will be able to access the status of your order and track its shipment.
Can I change my account information?
You can change your information at any time directly on the site: once logged in to your account, click on "Information" to update the fields you wish to change.
I have forgotten my password, what do I do?
If you have forgotten your password, first click on "Login" at the top right of your screen and then on "Forgot my password? You will then just have to enter your e-mail address so that a temporary password can be sent to you.
We recommend that you change this temporary password afterwards.
Is it possible to access my order history?
You can access your order history at any time by logging into your account. Then go to "My order history and details".
Is it possible to access my order tracking in my account?
You can track your order at any time by logging into your account and clicking on "Order History and Details".
You can then choose the order concerned by clicking on its reference and access its tracking.
How do I change my password?
If you wish to change your password, simply log in to your account and go to the "Information" section. Enter the new password of your choice in the "New password" field and click on "Save".
How do I delete my account?
If you wish to delete your account, please write to us via our contact form, so that we can process your request.
I would like to unsubscribe from the newsletter, what do I do?
If you no longer wish to receive our newsletter, you can click directly on "Unsubscribe" from the last newsletter received on your e-mail address.
