Customer account

To help you answer your questions, we have prepared these frequently asked questions for you. If you still need information, you can contact us via our contact form, we will be happy to help you.  

To create your customer account on the site, it's very simple: just click on "Sign In" at the top right of your screen, then on "Create your account". You will then be asked for an email address, a password, your title as well as your first and last name.

Once you have filled in these details, you will need to accept our terms and conditions of sale and our privacy policy by ticking the box "I accept the terms and conditions and the privacy policy". You can then validate the creation of your account by clicking on "Save". A confirmation email will then be sent to you.

Once you have created your account on the website, you can access your information at any time: to do so, go to your account by clicking on "Sign In" at the top right of the site. Enter your email address and password, then confirm by clicking on the "Sign In" button.

Once logged in, you will have access to all your account information.    

An email address and a password of your choice will be necessary to create your account on the site. You will also be asked for your title as well as your first and last name. 

Your month and year of birth can also be provided, but these fields are optional and are therefore not required to create an account. 

It is necessary to create an account to complete your purchases on our site. This will allow you to access the status of your order and track its shipment. 

You can modify your information at any time directly on the website: once logged into your account, click on "Information" to update the fields you wish to modify. 

If you have forgotten your password, first click on "Sign In" at the top right of your screen, then on "Forgot password?". You will then need to enter your email address so that a temporary password can be sent to you.

We recommend that you change this temporary password later. 

You can access your order history at any time by logging into your account. Then go to the "Order History and Details" section.

You can track your order at any time by logging into your account and clicking on the "Order History and Details" section.

You can then choose the order in question by clicking on its reference and thus access its tracking.

If you want to change your password, simply log into your account and go to the "Information" section. Enter your new password of choice in the "New password" field and click on "Save".  

If you wish to delete your account, please write to us via our contact form, so that we can process your request.

If you no longer wish to receive our newsletter, you can click directly on "Unsubscribe" from the last newsletter received at your email address.
