Discover the Cèdre Éternel fragrance... In the hushed atmosphere of an old-world library with fine wood paneling, cedar reveals its intense scent, at once enveloping and timeless. Cèdre Éternel opens with vibrant notes of black pepper and plum. Its floral heart reveals the delicacy of rose and freesia, bringing elegance and softness. In the base, cedarwood makes a distinctive impression, enhanced by ambery woody accords.

A decorative piece in its own right, this Les Intemporelles candle releases its delightful fragrance whether lit or unlit. Its ribbed glass vessel is topped with an elegant handmade plaster lid bearing the Mathilde M seal. It has a 100% cotton wick and is made with high-quality wax: a balanced blend of vegetable soy wax and mineral wax for optimal fragrance release. When lit, it instantly creates a warm atmosphere in your home.

This candle has a fragrance release time of approximately 45 hours.

Good to know
All our candles are hand-poured in our workshops. Each wick is also trimmed and centered by hand. Mathilde M candles are made from a carefully formulated, balanced blend of vegetable soy wax and mineral wax.

Our care tips for an even burn
On first use, let the wax melt across the entire surface to prevent a “tunnel” from forming during subsequent uses. Trim the candle wick to 5 millimeters before each use. It is best to burn the candle for no more than 2 to 3 consecutive hours at a time.

Be sure to leave at least 0.5 cm of wax at the bottom of the candle.

Once the wax has been used up, wash the vessel thoroughly to remove any wax and fragrance residue, then reuse it as a pretty candleholder.
