The cap lets you close the bottle and stop the fragrance from diffusing when you are away for an extended period.

How to use
Pour the fragrance directly into the diffuser bottle. Insert the reeds. Adjust the fragrance intensity by adding or removing reeds. The fragrance travels up the reeds. To optimize diffusion, turn the rattan reeds in your home fragrance diffuser or replace them when you change or refill the fragrance. Refill the diffuser or change scents whenever you like to keep using it indefinitely.

Once the fragrance is used up, wash the container thoroughly to remove any residue and reuse it as a pretty bud vase.
