Good to know
All our candles are hand-poured in our workshops. Each wick is also cut and centered by hand. Mathilde M candles are made with a carefully balanced blend of vegetable soy wax and mineral wax.
Sophisticated and high-quality, our fragrances are developed in close collaboration with master perfumers from France and across Europe, with carefully crafted blends of many notes. Every scented creation is conceived by our design team in France, features pieces with refined details, and reimagines a distinctly French art of living.

Candle care for an even burn
On first use, let the wax melt across the entire surface to prevent a “tunnel” from forming during future uses. Trim the candle wicks to 5 millimeters before each use.
It is best to burn your candle for no more than 2 to 3 hours at a time.

Leave at least 0.5 cm of wax at the bottom of your candle.

When the wax is used up, wash the vessel thoroughly to remove wax and fragrance residue, then reuse it as a pretty votive holder.
